Dan Clerget

Senior Director, Program and Policy

Dan joined Enroll Indy in December 2015 while finishing his Master of Public Affairs degree from Indiana University’s School of Public and Environmental Affairs (SPEA). During his time at SPEA, Dan concentrated his academics on Nonprofit Management and Social Entrepreneurship and gained experience through completing fellowships with the YMCA of Monroe County and with the New Sector Alliance in Chicago.

Prior to pursuing his Master’s degree, Dan earned a bachelor’s degree from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University and worked over two years at a supply chain consulting firm called enVista. At enVista, Dan worked on a variety of client engagements including several large-scale technology implementations.

Why do you do this work?
During my undergraduate years, I began working with the local Boys and Girls Club and realized that I was passionate about helping to create opportunities for young people. Though I felt that I was gaining valuable project management and technical experience while consulting, I always felt a pull to use these skills in the public or nonprofit sector. Working for Enroll Indy has giving me the opportunity to combine my education and experience into a role that is both impactful to the Indianapolis community and personally satisfying to me.
