Bill Murphy

Executive Director

Bill joined Enroll Indy as Executive Director in October 2019, his latest step in a long career in the field of education. Previously, he was the Vice President of Schools for IDEA Public Schools in Louisiana, an independent consultant for K-12 Education Consulting, and Chief Network Officer at the Jefferson Parish Public School System. He also managed the School Support Specialists team that provides support to principals, teachers, and families. Prior to living in New Orleans, Bill served as principal of the Hamilton Elementary-Middle School in Baltimore, MD.

Bill holds a B.A. in English Literature and Psychology from Hamilton College, an M.A. in Religion and Culture from The Catholic University of America, an M.Ed. in Elementary Education/Curriculum and Instruction from Boston College, and an Advanced Professional Certificate from New Leaders for New Schools in Baltimore, MD.
