SERVICES NOT MANAGED
BY ENROLL INDY
Enroll Indy enrolls students in Indianapolis public schools (both IPS and charters within Center Township). The following services are managed at the school level.
Registration
Enroll Indy asks each school to send families the links to their registration process. Some schools may share the direct link in the “Next Steps” information sent with the results of the lottery. It is up to each family to check with their individual schools to assure they are completing all deadlines required to continue with the student’s enrollment at that school.
Transportation
Most schools offer some sort of transportation. Please see the school key in a particular school’s profile in the School Finder for more information. Enroll Indy does not handle transportation issues. Any questions regarding transportation should be directed to the student’s school.
On My Way Pre-K
While Enroll Indy provides pre-k on the OneMatch application, we do not handle the IPS requirement for submitting an On My Way Pre-K application. Questions about the OMW voucher process should be directed to IPS.
School Records/Transcripts
Enroll Indy does not have access to student records or transcripts. Families should contact their child’s school to obtain records. Records requests can also be handled between schools.
Expulsions
Enroll Indy does not have a record of student expulsions, nor do we maintain or enforce such policies. Students who are under expulsion and apply to another school through Enroll Indy should note that school policies regarding expulsions may vary, and a school may deny admission until the expulsion has ended.
Foreign Exchange Students
Students from other countries who are participating in an exchange program should contact their desired school to see if they accept foreign exchange students prior to filling out an application.
IEPs, 504s or other special education services
By law, all Indianapolis public schools including charter schools must provide services for students needing special education. Any student with an IEP or 504 should reach out directly to the school for more information.
